Checkout runs in your account so the subscription attaches to it. Payments are taken by Paddle.
Plan credits renew every month. The app shows what an interview used while you are in it, and your account page shows the running total against the allowance.
Before you pay
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Managed answers stop and the app says so. Your plan's credits renew the following month, and a Pro account can add a one-off pack from the account page in the meantime. Nothing is charged automatically — there is no overage bill.
- Do I need a subscription to use sotto?
- No. Free covers every mode and every language, and every account keeps its profiles and interview history in the account. Pro raises the monthly credit allowance.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for — see the refund and cancellation policy.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, as merchant of record. Card details never reach our servers. Prices are shown in your own currency where Paddle supports it, and any local tax is added by Paddle at checkout.
